"To stay in recovery, you must be responsible for finding your own motivation. Remember, motivation may not be easy to come by at first. It will probably be a very small, timid part inside of you. When you find it, let that part be in charge. Let the minority rule and lead you to a life you never dreamed was possible. "
This is literally my fourth or fifth time reblogging this.
It’s still hillarious.

This is a 30/31(depending on the month) day challenge aimed to help you stop binge eating! The challenges are ideas that I, or others, have used to overcome binge eating disorder. The challenges are posted on my blog and you can look here for the complete list of challenges.
I used to struggle with Binge Eating Disorder and it has been a little while since I have recovered and I decided to make a recovery challenge to (hopefully) help anyone out there who is struggling to find recovery as well! As you may notice, not all of these challenges are related to eating and binging and that is because recovery is much more than just food! Recovery requires acceptance, self-love, a positive mindset, a good relationship with others as well as food, and much more!
Every day you participate I would love for everyone to post their day’s challenge with a picture of the activity (be creative) and tag the picture ‘bedchallenge’ ! Please let me know how the challenge helps you and spread the word to your followers so they can participate! Even if you do not struggle with binging your followers might and this could help them!
Maybe if I do this I can stop binging like a crazy woman?
So I’m currently learning to deal with my anger instead of burying it inside of me which then leads to my binge eating. Because of this I get angry at things quicker and more intense than I used to. So my question is: Does anyone have any tips to calm myself down when I get angry and/or start to stress myself out?
This mostly happens at work. I just can’t keep leaving work feeling like screaming my lungs out. I try to take deep breaths and focus on something other than my anger but that only works sometimes. Honestly any tips would be awesome. Thanks :)
I was mucking around with Audacity, listening to songs in reverse. For the fun of it, I put on everyone’s favorite song, Blurred Lines. And shockingly, I heard something I had never expected to hear. Robin Thicke was fooling us this whole time. He wasn’t trying to be misogynistic, he wanted us to listen closer to the song and understand that he in fact does believe his lady partner needs to be treated with the utmost respect.
You might find it VERY hard to believe, but I implore you to listen very closely (with headphones if you can, because it can be hard to hear). The message I’m talking about comes in around the 30 second mark.
After the 30sec mark I just kind of stared at my wall for the rest of the song trying to accept what I just heard.
